George Washington's Headquarters Flag
The 13 stars adorning this shirt happen to make up the flag that flew over George Washington's Headquarters in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania. The flag is also known as the Valley Forge Flag and is thought to have been the standard of the army in 1781. The 13 six-pointed stars on the flag represent the 13 Original Colonies. Washington's signature can be seen at bottom of the shirt.
